changed all internal ids that contained "raw" keyword to "rough" items/blocks
changed all recipes, tags and loot tables to use the proper ids
made blocks that should drop exp drop exp
made rough spinel grindable on a normal grindstone
added missing loottables and made the existing ones more consistent
added files missing from the repository to the repository
added silver ores to the silver tag, making them crushable
added crushing recipe for stone spinel ore
made all spinel ore crushing recipes give one more rough spinel, and for tough/deepslate a chance at two instead of one
(there might be other changes i forgot about soree)
