Bug Description

For whatever reason, the mod makes all vanilla ores mineable with any tool, whether it's a shovel, axe, hoe.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load the game with Jade and BHL installed
  2. Place any ore down and look at the Jade tooltip showing ore is mineable with any tool
  3. Mine the ore with a tool other than a pickaxe and see it is indeed mineable and drops the ore

Other Mods Installed

Jade and some performance mods. The issue still presents itself with just BHL and its dependencies
