Feature Description

Would love to see support added for Tinker's Construct tools/tool materials.

Use Case

Would allow to fit Tinker's Construct tools into an altered mining progression. Would also fix the problem of all Tinker's Construct tools only being able to mine at wood harvest level while this mod is installed.
